Not eating meat.
Worked for a while to manifest an ecovillage project, but I am not living in one for the moment.
Very interested in holistic and integral politics - whatever that is.
But also interested in the souls journey, integrating sensuality and sexuality with soul and spirit - or essence. Becoming more whole, integrating more of my shadow and disowned parts. And then bringing more of me deeper or fuller into the world. Being more present and loving, but also more effective and more of service in my work. Getting inspiration for the next steps both in the inner and outer journey.
Am a student of the Diamond Approach, based on A. H. Almaas, www.ridhwan.org.
So far a bit more intellectually based I am also studying the work of Ken Wilber and http://integralinstitute.org.
Have been studying sufism for some years, but out of that now. Some years ago I was also leading groups in sufi dance and meditation, trance dance, sircle dance, whirling, breathwork etc
